The cleanliness of the rooms needs serious attention!!! Maintenance issues such as slow elevators and room temperature control could easily be improved for a more pleasant stay for everyone!!!

I had a comfy stay in a room with nice soft beds, but the roach situation was a big letdown. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

Against my better judgment, I booked this place. To my surprise, the beds were quite comfortable, and at least the air conditioning worked. The location was convenient, but the rest of the experience was marred by cleanliness issues and unhelpful staff. It was a gamble that didn't quite pay off the way I'd hoped.

My stay at Microtel was quite pleasant! The location was perfect, just minutes away from attractions I wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and the clean facilities that made both work and relaxation easy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised by the clean room and the good breakfast options like biscuits and gravy. I also appreciated having a room that wasn’t facing the highway, which kept things nice and quiet. However, the photos were misleading. the overall appearance of the hotel felt a bit dated. I might consider staying here again if I need a budget option.

Wi-Fi was solid and the flat-screen TV was nice, but the laundry room was messy.

The pool was super clean and perfect for relaxing. I loved the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast. The only thing I noticed was that the hallways could use a bit of sprucing up, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 🌟

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV, which made it super convenient. I loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun umbrellas for relaxation after a long day. It was nice to have a roll-in shower, too. Staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short walk to the Gruene Flea Antique Mall, which was such a fun spot to explore for unique finds, and the nearby New Braunfels Farmers Market provided a lovely local vibe with fresh produce and crafts that made my mornings enjoyable.

I always choose this place because it offers free parking, 24-hour reception, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find spots with great exchange rates. I’m definitely coming back for the weekend!
